If you're interested in giving Pepper a permanent, loving home, please complete our application.  Pepper is a flower child.  His mother wandered into a flower shop in Stanford, KY and had her babies.  Caring Hearts got the two known as Salt and Pepper.  Salt got adopted and poor Pepper is all alone.  He is a very sweet playful and energetic kitten. He has tabby markings on his black coat which is rather unusual.  Meow?
